Public Transport

While parking may be available at most campuses at Swan TAFE, Public transport is recommended as students can avoid traffic and parking hassles or fees. Important information about parking on Swan TAFE campuses is included in the Student Handbook. Please read the information there to check availability and avoid potential fines.

Full-time students are eligible for fare concessions.

Public transport close to campuses:

Armadale Campus
Armadale Campus at Commerce Avenue is conveniently located on the Armadale train line adjacent to the Armadale Bus/Train Station. The annexe at 145 Jull Street is less than 5 minutes walk from the station in the town centre.

Balga Campus
There are bus stops near the campus at Loxwood Road.  Bus routes are also available along Mirrabooka Avenue within walking distance of the college campus.

Bentley Campus
Bentley Campus on Hayman Road is located directly opposite Curtin University of Technology, where students will easily be able to access Curtin University Bus Station.

Carlisle Campus
Public transport is highly recommended for students studying at Carlisle as students are not permitted to park their vehicles within campus grounds. The campus is conveniently located opposite Oasts Street Bus/Train Interchange on the Armadale railway line. Students can catch the train or use the Circle Bus Route from this station.

Midland Campus
Bus routes are available along Lloyd Street outside Midland Campus. There are bus routes to and from Midland Train Station with stops along Lloyd Street.

Thornlie Campus
Bus routes are available on Burslem Drive outside Thornlie Campus. There are also routes available to and from Maddington Train Station and Gosnells Train Station at stops along Burslem Drive.
